What attracted us to Cadence was the quality of the homes and the unique European Village-Style architecture, which is both beautiful and timeless. The residents here take pride in their community, and it shows. This gated community is very safe, and the HOA is in good shape financially. In addition to the on-site amenities, the Woodmont Golf and County Club is less than a mile away.

We have lived in Cadence for over16 years, and it is definitely one of the best decisions we have made. Having everyone's lawn maintained weekly and the houses put on a regular schedule to be painted is a big plus to living here.

Cadence is not a big community, but there are activities available such as bridge, canasta, bunco, monthly happy hour, monthly ladies' luncheon and the men's monthly trip out for beer tasting at various establishments in the area. Being close to the Woodmont Golf and Country Club is also an advantage. Most of all are the many friends we have met while living here that we cherish very much.

Living in Cadence is the best part of being retired. Now that I have time for myself, I have a community to be a part of. I'm active in Bible study and the social committee. I've taken up walking and enjoy my time by the pool with a book from the shared library. This photo was taken at a neighborhood Halloween party. So much fun!
